The airport has two terminals: **Terminal 1 (Domestic)** and **Terminal 2 (International)**. T2 is a modern facility that handles all international departures and arrivals. The T2 building is located on the city side and is closer to the Thiruvananthapuram bypass on NH 66.
Facilities at the terminals include a duty-free shop (Flemingo), cafes, a beer/wine bar, specialized baby care rooms, foreign exchange counters, a pre-paid taxi service counter, and a pharmacy.
The International Terminal (T2) is linked directly to the Thiruvananthapuram bypass on **National Highway 66**. Transportation options include pre-paid **Taxi** services and **City Buses**. The domestic terminal is also easily accessible by road.
TRV has strong international connectivity to the Middle East (Riyadh, Dubai) and Southeast Asia. Domestically, flight frequencies are concentrated on metro cities like Mumbai and Delhi, with new services planned for Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru, and Trichy.
